Dr. Mike Smith, President
Mike enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1983 and served for 26 years. During the course of his career, Mike held numerous leadership positions to include Air Education & Training Command (AETC) Major Command Headquarters Staff, Contracting Superintendent, Flight Chief, led several base Honor Guard teams providing military honors to fallen comrades, and later became a First Sergeant.
At the height of his career, Mike was selected to serve as the First Sergeant of the elite USAF Thunderbirds Air Demonstration Squadron, where he traveled around the world representing the men and women of the Air Force through airshows, community visits, and speaking at events.
After retiring from active duty, Mike transitioned into the civilian sector where he became a corporate leader in a Berkshire Hathaway Energy company working for Warren Buffet and Greg Able. In that role he provided leadership, mentorship and guidance to company employees at all levels, including senior corporate leaders.
Mike most recently served as the Group CEO of a global coaching company and is now Founder and President of his own company where he is highly sought after for keynotes, workshops, retreats and master minds. He is also an official member and thought leader on Forbes Coaches Council and President of International Coaching Federation (ICF) Southern Nevada. Dr. Mike has been featured on FOX Atlanta, FOX Baltimore, FOX Indianapolis, NBC Louisville, NBC Davenport, NBC Memphis, ABC Portland, ABC Tulsa, CBS Tampa and CBS Michigan, to name a few. Additionally, he has had articles featured in Forbes, HR Morning and other publications, and will be releasing his first book in the near future.
Jen Miller, President-Elect
Jennifer Miller is passionate about helping her clients become successful through coaching and leadership development. With over 10 years of experience as a leadership coach and HR executive, Jen coaches leaders at all levels of an organization, from high-potential to executive. Her clients come from technology, hospitality, financial services, and non-profit sectors. She also designs coaching and development programs that help achieve goals and deliver outcomes at the individual and organizational levels. Jen provides coaching services and HR consulting through her company, Leading Edge LLC, in order to serve small to medium-sized organizations and leaders with their growth and development.
Jen is a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves as the President-Elect for the ICF Southern Nevada Chapter. She also holds a SHRM-SCP certification for her professional delivery of HR services. She has an MBA from HEC Paris and was the recipient of the HEC Leadership Award for her class.
She currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, and has been fortunate to live, work and study in the US, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Jennifer Dimaris, Secretary
Great professional achievements are only accomplished through strong leadership and effective teamwork. Throughout my 20-year career as a general manager and brand marketing executive I have been responsible for a $2B product portfolio, managed a team of 40 professional marketers, and led enormous cross-functional teams. So it makes sense that I have experienced many leadership challenges, set-backs and personal and professional growth phases.
As a senior leader I was especially drawn to serving and empowering others in their development. Some of my proudest career moments were unlocking the potential of my direct reports through insightful and realistic development plans, coaching for promotion, and guiding teams to their highest levels of performance. Throughout my career I was a student of leadership development and was in constant pursuit of the next promotion and adventure—following my desire to learn and grow.
Recently, I received several professional coaching accreditations to fortify my coaching platform with the latest knowledge, tools and techniques. In my coaching business I now leverage my personal leadership experiences and professional knowledge to help successful business professionals break out of their comfort zones and accelerate their growth, impact and achievements.
Wendy Preyssler, Treasurer/Finance
Wendy holds the prestigious credential of Master Certified Coach through the ICF. She specializes in Executive and Leadership Coaching. Wendy is a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner. She is certified by, and serves as an Advisory Board Member, to Accomplishment Coaching.
Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Wendy was a Global Director in a Fortune100 Firm with accountability for over $500M in annual revenues.
Wendy has received numerous awards including:

Wendy is Past President of the ICF NV and current Treasurer of the newly formed ICF Southern Nevada. She serves on the board of several non-profits and organizations benefitting women and children.
Janice Ritchie, Programs Director
Janice is certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She completed coach training with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) where she obtained additional certifications in the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and COR.E Dynamics. Janice served as a leadership and career coach with the Federal government and started Claridad Coaching to help more aspiring leaders reach their potential.
