This year\u2019s International Coaching Week theme, \u201cExplore Your Potential,\u201d fits in with these students, who have spent the last four years in the L.I.T. after school program, developing their leadership and supporting them in graduating high school and being accepted to colleges, or where appropriate, military or trade schools.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0in;color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small;line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0px 0px 0in;color: #222222;font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: small;line-height: normal\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;background-image: initial;background-position: initial;background-size: initial;background-attachment: initial\">The participating ICF credentialed coaches bring an array of expertise and approaches to their coaching engagements. The coaching engagements will take place over a period of 3 months, with each student receiving a minimum of 10 hours of pro bono coaching as they transition from high school into college.
