Gentagelse af succesen fra sidste år hvor vi genoptog den årlige ICF-konference i Danmark. Derfor er vi ekstra glade for at kunne invitere medlemmer af ICF Danmark til:
ICF Danmarks Coaching Konference, onsdag den 8. oktober 2025.
Gennem oplæg, dialog og praksis åbner vi op for fremtidens coachinglandskab og undersøger, hvad det kræver af os som coaches. Konferencen understøtter ICF’s fokus på livslang læring som coach. Vi håber at samle så mange af jer som muligt til en dag fyldt med inspiration, læring og netværk og med lidt god mad og drikke.

Insight to create change in action

ICF Denmark will host an event in celebration of International Coaching Week 2025! Dive into the transformative world of coaching through our event on Insight to create change in action, designed to enlighten, educate, and inspire. The event will be hosted by Krister Ekström (PCC) the past president of ICF Denmark.
Insight to create change in action
• How do we create insight that makes our client ready to act differently after the session?
• How can we support growth mindset in our clients?
• What is the “magic in the small steps” and how can we use that in coaching?
In this online workshop we will touch on some of the small but significant things we can use in a coaching session to support our clients in taking realistic action after the session to set our clients up for success.

Lad os i fælleskab fejre den årlige coaching ugen, lære nyt og knytte nye kontakter. ICF Danmark vil være vært for et webinar om Element B® og Krister Ekström (PCC) ICF Danmark vil hoste eventet.
Element B® giver indsigt i, hvordan en person foretrækker at interagere med andre på tre helt centrale områder: Inklusion, Kontrol og åbenhed og mulighed for at analysere denne adfærd i en dynamisk og relationel sammenhæng:
• Hvad jeg gør i forhold til hvad jeg ønsker at gøre
• Hvad jeg oplever at andre gør i forhold til mig i forhold til hvad jeg ønsker at de gør
Værktøjet og metoden byder på flere kilder til selvindsigt og på webinaret vil du få mulighed for bl.a. at afprøve en visualiseringsøvelse.
Element B® er baseret på den berømte FIRO®-teori (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) skabt af Will Schutz, Ph.d og anvendes verden over til udvikling af individer, grupper og organisationer og den er oprindelig udviklet til den amerikanske flåde, med fokus på ubådsteams.

Følelsesmæssig Intelligens for Coaches

Denne 90-minutters interaktivt online workshop med breakout rooms, giver coaches en dybere forståelse af emotionel intelligens (EI) og hvordan bevidsthed om egne og klienters følelser kan forbedre coachingprocessen.
EI refererer til evnen til at forstå, regulere og anvende følelser konstruktivt i relationer og beslutningstagning. Den spiller en central rolle i effektiv coaching, da den understøtter empati, selvregulering og autentisk kommunikation.
Workshoppen er bygget op med en kombination af teori, refleksion og praktiske øvelser, så deltagerne får enkle værktøjer til at styrke deres EI og navigere i komplekse emotionelle dynamikker og opbygge tillidsfulde relationer.

- Læring: En introduktion til Liberating Structures af Daisy og tankerne bag strukturerne, samt hvordan de kan bruges i gruppe- og team coaching.
- Vi vil afprøve et par af strukturerne/teknikkerne.

Etisk Komité vil gennemgå ICF’s etiske regler og hvordan de er knyttet til ICF-core competencies
Der vil være diskussioner og rig mulighed for at dele egne oplevelse og tanker bag etik i coaching.
Mere detaljeret program vil komme, men tilmeld dig allerede nu og få sikret dig en plads, der efter gennemførelse giver de tre (3) etiske CCE´er, der kræves til fornyelse af ICF-certificering.

Free online group supervision session

We’re excited to invite you to the first session of a free online group supervision and mentor coaching series. This group session will create a safe and supportive environment for reflection and dialogue. You’ll have the chance to share your experiences, gain insights from your peers, and explore new perspectives to enhance your coaching practice.
Coaching supervision offers a broader developmental experience. It is a reflective, collaborative learning process that builds your capacity as a coach through deep dialogue, exploring your successes, challenges, and learnings. Supervision provides a safe space to discuss your client work and develop mastery in your coaching practice.
Both coaching supervision and mentor coaching count toward your ICF Credential Renewal as Core Competency CCE credits, offering distinct but complementary ways to elevate your coaching.
